On New Years Day I headed out around 2:00PM to the Stamford Hilton to meet up with Sekou and his groomsmen as I was helping out¬†Robert Norman¬†for their wedding.¬† He headed over to the Chesterfield Inn to meet up with Traci and the ladies!¬† Surprisingly it wasn’t all that cold..
Sekou was really excited about his big day, you could kinda see that certain look in his eye and all of his friends were all very much excited for him as well!
This first shot; the lobby of the Hilton, Sekou is fixin his Dad’s collar![]()

I think this is where Sekou is sayin’ “i need that champagne – please!”

This little girl was so adorable, she kinda grabbed the bag tighter against her chest as I was coming in for this shot!

Traci is just so incredibly happy

Those “i think calla lilies” almost looked as if they were glowing

After the ceremony we headed to Bank Street! I know this shot is mostly backs, but I really liked the back of Traci’s dress and the whole look from behind with the car coming, etc

Robert had said Traci & Sekou really like artsy stuff; am not sure to what extent, but I was really digging this image and had to add a little art to it!

The settings were magnificent at Bank Street, the colors were all so warm and candles werer everywhere.

I didn’t try one, but I heard from numerous people that these were the best cupcakes ever!

I think this next shot is one of my favorites of Traci & Sekou during their dance..

The day after the wedding, was a very cold, windy, snow kind of day, yet the four of us headed into New York City..¬† I’ll be posting some of those images later this week!
It was great meeting you guys – I had an awesome time at your wedding!
