The day after Traci & Sekou’s Wedding they wanted to head into New York City and have some pictures taken in and around the city, the subway and the Brooklyn Bridge!¬† I headed to Robert Norman’s¬†place last Saturday morning and we drove into the city and met Traci & Sekou at their hotel.¬† When Robert asked me the night before, I wasn’t to sure I wanted to go, it was going to be super cold and windy!¬† Then I started thinking, if a bride is willing to wear her wedding gown and groom is willing to be in his tux, who was I to complain and what fantastic images could be created!
Needless to say I am extremely pleased I tagged along for the day; following the shoot Robert and I warmed up and had dinner at Alfredo’s!
Here are a few of my favorites from the day… Nothing like stoppin’ in the middle of the road for a quaint moment!

While in Grand Central I managed to grab this shot of Traci, I was totally loving the reflection!

On the 6 Train – people were really happy to see the couple who just married (except for the cranky little lady on the left – she kept giving me nasty looks!!!)

I was sad we were exiting the subway, cuz it was pretty warm down there!

I wanted to try a little something different in post with this image and I really liked the results..

Love the moment these two shared as the snow began to lightly fall.

Sekou was freeeeeezin so much so that he had tears coming down his face – at least that is what ‘he’ claimed!!

Finally the Brooklyn Bridge!

And one more shot on the bridge looking towards Manhattan..

It was an amazing experience for me and it was great working with Robert Norman and his Wedding Couple Traci & Sekou!
